Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance
By installing or using the App through the Shopify App Store, you agree to these terms and to Shopify platform terms that apply to you as a merchant.
2. What the App does
The App records product price changes, calculates the lowest price of the last 30 days per variant, shows a compliance badge on your storefront during sales, and lets you export an audit log.
The App is a compliance aid. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee any legal outcome. Compliance decisions remain yours.
3. Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify Managed Billing. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page.
- Plan limits apply to active tracked variants: 200 on Free, 2,500 on Growth, unlimited on Pro. Variants already tracked keep their history if you change plans; new variants beyond your plan limit are not ingested until upgraded.
- Upgrades and plan changes are handled securely inside the App via Shopify Managed Pricing.
4. Operational Boundaries
- The App cannot access price history from before installation. For the first 30 days, conservative lookback labels apply.
- Historical price logs are maintained for EU Omnibus compliance (Article 6a of Directive 98/6/EC).
- Multi-currency stores are supported natively in ISO-4217 minor currency units (including 0-decimal and 3-decimal currencies).
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the App as is, without a warranty of uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the App is limited to the fees paid by you for the App in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business disruption, or regulatory fines imposed on your store.
7. Governing law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to electronic commercial contracts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
